Thanks you for inquiring about our donation program. The Earth Angels Believe Foundation is dedicated to helping local individuals and families battling cancer.

Our primary purpose of the donation program is to assist local families and individuals who find themselves in crisis and financial hardship.

The Earth Angels Believe Foundation administers the donations, which are determined by a yearly budget for charitable efforts and distributes the funds accordingly.

Criteria

Donations will be made on a relative need basis.

Priority will be decided on a case by case basis.

Donations will not be made to organizations that promote or take prejudiced action with respect to sex, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy or childbirth, color, creed, physical ability, religion, race, ancestry, and age. 

 

How to request a Donation from The Earth Angels Believe Foundation

 

A donation request form must be filled out and submitted or, in the alternative, a letter may be written, which must include the following information:

  1. A description of the organization/individual requesting the donation, including its purpose and how the funds will be used.

  2. A description of the organization, person or family for whom the donation is requested.

  3. Contact information of the individual for whom the request is made. 

  4. Contact information for Oncologist/Cancer Center

Donation requests will be processed and considered in the order it was received and at the sole and absolute discretion of EABF. It may not be possible for EABF to meet every request it receives. In the event a request is denied, the party requesting  the donation will be contacted directly.
